AA72, SYD-LAX, Business Class

Home / Flights / AA72, SYD-LAX, Business Class

Reward flight last minute availability on American’s flight between Sydney and Los Angeles generally appears to be quite good. Leslie was off back to the States for a couple of months and prepared to be flexible with day of departure. However it wasn’t necessary as we managed to pick up a business class award ticket two days prior to departure for 80K miles and around $200 in taxes.

Decent sized seating

With plenty of storage at feet level

As well as eye level

Plenty of controls to fiddle with

Amenity kit

These were made good use of

The PJs are now getting a rotation in the wardrobe at home

Food time

yada yada… fawn… yada yada

zee main meal

And the finale

breakfast 1

Entrees (appetisers for those playing in the USA) came out together

Across the way

And down the aisle

Good old comfort food – this case in the form a sundae.

check out the comparison to Leslie’s United sundae on the return here <>

Nice large screen – reminded me of the QF First Class A380 screen

Breakfast plate shot

And just like that the flight was over and it was time for a short visit to the Admirals Club before a connecting flight through to Dallas.
