On Leslie’s first visit to Australia back in January 2012 I had organised a visit to Guillaume whilst the restaurant was still located at Bennelong at the Opera House. It was a fantastic night and one I had hoped to recreate down the track, alas the contract for the venue was awarded to another company.

Thankfully Guillaume has moved located to a location in Paddington which we recently visited to celebrate reaching the big 3-0, and as a bon voyage prior to Leslie and I heading overseas for Paris and the States.
